As many of you know, my husband is an artist, (check him out on Facebook!) and brings light and laughter to daily life for our family and many many others in the world. With that, many of his paintings are of food! There are main dishes, deserts, and even snacks! So today I embark on a new challenge for myself which is to make his paintings in real life. 🙂 I can’t wait, I have never ever ever made duck, in fact I’ve only eaten it twice in my life, so this should be interesting.
I promise in this attempt that I will post actual pictures, and I will probably screw one or two of these up somehow, but it will be a fun adventure! He has plenty of food inspirations to choose from from simple popcorn to Peaking Duck, we’ll be off on an adventure to build the food and see how I do cooking the creations Ryan has shared with the world. So off we go! Stay tuned this week to see how the first attempt goes! I haven’t decided which culinary delight I will start with, but there’s a good chance it will be Cherry Pi as it sounds delicious this Sunday morning.
I hope you enjoy reading of my adventure, and I’m looking forward to cooking, giggling and documenting this fun new venture for me!
